There are two middle schools to choose from too Williams Middle School (which is right next to the high school and shares many of the facilities) and Gray Junior High School, both schools offer active sporting programs and awesome chances for your children to develop their skills before they go to high school
High School
Colquitt County’s high school is a great public school and the head coach of the football team is a guy called Rush Propst who not only has a great wining track record but also appeared on MTV’s “Two A-Days” and has appeared on a DVD teaching schools how to build a great football program in just twelve months.
There are also programs within Colquitt County for students with special needs at both ends of the spectrum.
Colquitt has a Gifted program for those youngsters blessed with special talents, and it aims to offer them development opportunities above and beyond those of other kids – so that they can shine without becoming bored.
And at Pathway’s, Colquitt has the perfect program for the developmentally challenged and its work with autistic children in particular and those with emotional problems is amazing.
